⚠️ Please don't put sensitive information on My Family Hub. That includes medical details, health conditions, allergies, safeguarding or custody information, home addresses, passwords, bank details or anything else you wouldn't want someone else to see.

1. About these terms

By creating an account or using My Family Hub ("the service", "we", "us"), you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

2. What the service is

My Family Hub is a family organiser for routines, packing reminders, calendars, chores and school information. It is a convenience tool only. It is not a substitute for your own judgement, for official school communications or for supervising your children.

3. Provided "as is"

The service is provided free of charge, "as is" and "as available", without any warranty of any kind, express or implied. This includes, without limitation, warranties of accuracy, reliability, availability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We don't promise the service will be uninterrupted, secure or error-free, or that any information will be kept or restored.

4. School and third-party information

Term dates, lunch menus, school events, Bulletin items and weather forecasts are gathered automatically from third-party sources or entered by users. They may be wrong, incomplete or out of date. Always check important dates and details with the school or the original source.

5. No liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we accept no liability of any kind for any loss, damage, cost or claim arising from or connected with your use of, or inability to use, the service. This includes missed events or appointments, forgotten items, inaccurate information, loss of data, unauthorised access to your account or data, and any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential loss.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under English law, such as liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

6. Your responsibilities

  • Don't enter sensitive information (see the warning above). You do so entirely at your own risk.
  • Keep your password and parent PIN private. You are responsible for everything done through your account.
  • Only add information about children you are responsible for, and only invite adults you trust.
  • Don't misuse the service, try to access other families' data, or use it for anything unlawful.

7. Changes and ending the service

We may change, suspend or stop the service, or any feature, at any time without notice. We may suspend or delete accounts that break these terms. You can stop using the service at any time and ask us to delete your account.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they last changed. Continuing to use the service means you accept the updated terms.

9. Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
